ISSUE OF EMPLOYEE OPTIONS
The Company advises that 300,000 unlisted employee options, with an exercise price of 25 cents and expiry date of 10 January 2011, have been issued to arms length (non director related) employees for nil consideration. Such options have been issued to incentivize the relevant employees through non cash means.
Following is the relevant Appendix 3B covering such issue.
