Nature of change Issue of “Underwritten Shares” and “Top Up Example: on-market trade, off-market trade, exercise of options, issue of Shares” pursuant to the underwriting securities under dividend reinvestment plan, participation in buy-back agreement entered into with the Company, the terms of which were approved by general meeting on 18 June 2008. As a result, Mr Tsang maintains his equity interest of 19.9% in the Company.
