Rights Issue Shortfall Update

Mindax Limited (the Company ) (ASX: MDX) refers to the recent non renounceable rights issue which closed on 17 May 2019 and resulted in a shortfall of $1,127,568. The Company advises that in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement dated 3 April 2019 ( Underwriting Agreement) between the Company and the Underwriter , notification of the Rights Issue Shortfall has been given.

The Company is working with the Underwriter to place the Shortfall and will provide market updates as soon as it is able to do so.
