ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – 17 June 2019

Rights Issue Shortfall

Mindax Limited (the Company ) (ASX: MDX) refers to the non renounceable rights issue which closed on 17 May 2019 and resulted in a shortfall of $1,127,568.

The Company refers to the Underwriting Agreement dated 3 April 2019 and advises it has issued 20,000,000 shares following the receipt of application forms and funds for $100,000.

The Company is working with the Underwriter to place the balance of the shortfall and will provide market updates as soon as it is able to do so.
