Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX ) ( Company) is pleased to advise that Mr Benjamin Chow has accepted an invitation to be reappointed a Director of the Company. Mr Chow was the Company’s Chairman until his resignation in April 2020. Mr Chow has continued in the role of Chief Executive Officer. He has also been elected to Chair the Board of Directors.
Mr Chow has been appointed with immediate effect.
Mr Chow is a distinguished Australian, who has a business background in engineering, property development and leadership in the Chinese and Australian financial sectors.
