GENERAL UPDATE

Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX ) ( Company ) is pleased to announce the appointments of Exploration Managers for the Company’s Mt Forrest Iron Project and Meekatharra North Gold Project.

Mr John Vinar has been engaged as a full-time consultant by the Company and appointed Exploration Manager for the Meekatharra North Gold Project. John is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy who has previously been employed full-time by the Company and worked in various consulting capacities.

Dr Jordan Jiangiian Zhu, a full-time employee of Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd ( Norton Gold ), has been appointed Exploration Manager for the Mt Forrest Iron Project. Jordan will manage the work programme approved by the informal working committee established to further the Earn-In Agreement and Joint Venture over the Mt Forrest Iron Project between the Company and Norton Gold.

Following these pivotal appointments, the Company has approved a drilling programme to be conducted at the 100% owned Meekatharra North Gold Project. A drill rig has been successfully secured and the programme is scheduled to commence on 30 April 2021.
