DIRECTORS NOT SEEKING RE-ELECTION AT AGM

Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX) ( Mindax or the Company ) advises it has received notice from Mr Kgai (Eric) Loh and Mr Yonggang Li that they will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Messrs Loh and Li have served on the Board since March 2012 and April 2013 respectively and have provided invaluable assistance during a period that has seen challenging market conditions for junior exploration companies.

Chair Mr Benjamin Chow AO stated, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our appreciation to Mr Loh and Mr Li for their contribution to the Board and shareholders over an extended period of time.”

The Company confirms Resolution 2 and Resolution 3 relating to the re-election of Mr Loh and Mr Li are now withdrawn.
