Board of Director Changes
Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX ) is pleased to advise that Mr Biaozhun Zhu has been appointed a nonexecutive director of the Company, effective immediately.
The Company welcomes Mr Zhu to the Board and looks forward to working with him in progressing the Mt Forrest Iron Project.
The Company would also like to advise that it has accepted the resignation of Mr Benjamin Chow as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Chow was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company in October 2009. His resignation is effective immediately, however Mr Chow will continue in his executive role with the Company.
The Board would like to thank Mr Chow for his contribution during the period of his directorship and looks forward to working with him in his executive capacity.
The Directors of Mindax Limited will consider the chairmanship in due course.
