Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX )( Company ) is pleased to announce that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has granted the Company an extension of time allowing the Company to hold its annual general meeting for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 ( AGM ) on or before 10 December 2015.
The Company applied for the extension to enable its AGM to include, amongst other things, resolutions with respect to the Share Subscription Agreement announced to the ASX on 27 October 2015, rather than hold a separate general meeting close to the AGM.
The Company confirms that it will provide the notice of AGM, together with the explanatory statement and proxy form, as soon as possible and in any event within notice time frames for the AGM to validly proceed on or before 10 December 2015.
