("Mind Gym" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options

The Company has issued 248,406 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £0.001 under the Company's Enterprise Management Initiative. The options were exercised by the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Richard Steele. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 July 2021.

Following the exercise, Richard Steele's holding in the Company is 475,867 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital. In addition, he holds remaining options over 138,461 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 100,040,190 Ordinary Shares.
