Posting of 2020 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Mind Gym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020, which includes the Notice of 2020 AGM, and AGM proxy form have been posted to shareholders.

Copies of these documents, and the 2020 annual results investor presentation, are also available to download on the Company's website at https://uk.themindgym.com/investors/results-reports-presentations/.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 160 Kensington High Street, London, W8 7RG at 9.00am on Monday, 13 July 2020. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.

In light of social distancing measures as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting with the minimum quorum of attendees facilitated by the Company. Physical attendance by other shareholders will not be permitted. However, shareholders are encouraged to vote on the AGM resolutions via proxy form by post.
