Mincon Group plc (Euronext:MIO; AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated consumable products, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of AGM has been posted to Shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.mincon.com .

The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday, 1 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. Treacy's Oakwood Hotel, Airport Road, Shannon, Ireland. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
