Notification of Interest in Share Capital

Mincon have on 2 December, 2013 been informed by Kingbell Company ("Kingbell") that as at 26 November, 2013 (the date of admission of the Company to trading on the ESM and AIM), Kingbell had a direct interest in 119,671,200 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the capital of the Company representing 57.68% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

This notification of interest has been made by Kingbell pursuant to section 67 of the Companies Act 1990.
