COMMITTEE COMPOSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Greencore announces the following Board Committee compositional changes following the retirement of Non-Executive Directors, Ms Heather Ann McSharry and Mr John Warren today.

Ms Helen Weir will assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from today. Mr Gordon Hardie, Ms Linda Hickey and Ms Anne O’Leary will join the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 February 2020, whilst Ms Sly Bailey will retire from the Audit and Risk Committee on the same day.

Ms Linda Hickey, who joins the Board with effect from 1 February 2021, will assume the role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from her appointment.

Mr John Amaechi, who joins the Board with effect from 1 February 2021, and Mr Paul Drechsler will also join the Nomination and Governance Committee on 1 February 2021 whilst Mr Gordon Hardie will retire from the Nomination and Governance Committee on the same day.
