Announcement re. CFO

Mincon Group plc announces that Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Brian Lenihan, will be leaving the Company at the end of June 2016 to pursue other interests.

Brian has been in the role of CFO since joining us in January 2014. In that time Brian, as a key member of the Senior Management Team, has further professionalised our finance function and has been instrumental in relation to the acquisitions made by the Group.

Chairman of Mincon, Mr. Padraig McManus commented "On behalf of the Board of Mincon I would like to thank Brian for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success with his future career."

On Brian's departure, Mr. John Doris, who was acting CFO during the IPO process, and has been company secretary since, will take on the role of CFO on an interim basis while the Board seeks a replacement. A further update will be provided in due course.
