RESULT OF AGM

Mincon Group plc (Euronext:MIO AIM:MCON), held its Annual General Meeting today, 2 May 2024, at Treacys Oakwood Hotel, Airport Road, Shannon, Ireland and announces that all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly approved.
