Mincon Group plc (ESM:MIO, AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, announces that the Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and is also available online at the Company's website www.mincon.com/investors. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday, 22 August 2014 at 10.00 a.m. at Fitzwilton House, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
