Whereas, on the 8 December 2010, a letter to the ASX was lodged informing them of the release of 2,185,000 fully paid, ordinary shares from escrow; and whereas an Appendix 3B was lodged on 20 April 2011 with the ASX to reflect this change, it has come to light that the 2,185,000 ordinary shares have an imposed voluntary restriction on them until 18 October 2011.
