SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Minbos Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from official quotation immediately at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the merger with its joint venture partner, Petril Phosphates Limited.

MINBOS RESOURCES LIMITED-REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Minbos Resources Limited (Minbos or the Company) hereby requests a voluntary suspension from the ASX effective from commencement of trading on Wednesday 26 August 2015, pending a material announcement on the merger with joint venture partner Petril Phosphates Limited ( Merge r). Minbos entered into a trading halt on Monday 24 August 2015. Minbos anticipates that it will not be able to make an announcement on the Merger before the trading halt expires.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 2 September 2015.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by the ASX. Minbos is also not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
