Minbos Resources Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Minbos Resources Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 10 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Minbos Resources Limited – Request for trading halt under Listing Rule 17.1

Minbos Resources Limited (“ MNB ”) requests a trading halt from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 08 May 2018 until the commencement of trading on Thursday, 09 May 2018 or earlier announcement by MNB.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, MNB advises that:

• (a) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by MNB in relation to a proposed Capital Raising;

• (b) MNB is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to the Capital Raising and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of MNB’s shares and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market;

• (c) MNB requests the trading halt until the earlier of:

• (i) MNB making an announcement to the market regarding the Capital Raising; or

• (ii) the commencement of trading on Thursday, 09 May 2018; and

• (d) MNB is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
