NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE - NOTIFICATION OF UNDERSUBSCRIPTION
The Directors advise that on Wednesday, 30 May 2018 the Company’s Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue closed.
A total of 2,490,934,016 ordinary fully paid shares at 0.1 cents each have been subscribed for pursuant to the entitlement issue. The issue raised a total of $2,490,934.
The Directors will be working to place the shortfall of 336,346,644 shares in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
