TRADING HALT
The securities of Minbos Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 6 December 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

MINBOS RESOURCES LIMITED-REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Minbos Resources Limited (Minbos or the Company) hereby requests a voluntary trading halt from the ASX effective from commencement of trading on Friday 2 December 2016, pending a material announcement on a proposed merger.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of the merger announcement to the market or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 6 December 2016.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX. Minbos is also not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
