Renounceable Entitlement Offer
Rights Trading Ends
Minbos Resources Limited (“ Minbos ” or “ Company ”) (ASX:MNB) advises that Rights Trading has ended on 9 July 2014 for the pro rata renounceable entitlement offer seeking to raise up to approximately $1,752,894 (before costs) through the offer of two (2) fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ( Share ) for every one (1) Share held by eligible shareholders on 18 June 2014 at an issue price of $0.003 per Share ( Offer ). The Closing Date for the Offer is 23 July 2014.
