Minbos Resources Ltd (“Minbos” Or “The Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of CPS Securities (“CPS”) as corporate advisor to the company.

CPS Securities was lead manager to the Minbos IPO in October 2010 and has been a strong supporter of the Company since this time. CPS has a strong track record in financing and facilitating the growth of junior resources companies.
