Minbos Resources Limited (ASX: MNB) confirms that, in accordance with the timetable for the Company’s pro-rata non-renounceable Rights Issue to Eligible Shareholders on the basis of one (1) Share for every ten (10) Shares held by Shareholders on the Record Date at an issue price of $0.28 per Share, to issue up to a maximum of 7,788,750 New Shares and raise up to a maximum of $2.18M before expenses, the Offer Document and accompanying entitlement and application forms were dispatched earlier today.
The New Shares to be issued under the Rights Issue will rank equally with existing fully paid ordinary shares in the Company. The indicative timetable for the Offer is set out below:
