APPOINTMENT OF CFO AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX:MNB, Minbos or Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Blair Snowball as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Snowball is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in senior roles across Resources, Technology and Big 4 Audit, whilst working in Europe, Latin America and Australia.

Importantly, he has spent significant time in Portuguese speaking Brazil as Finance Director for the operating gold mine of ASX-listed Beadell Resources. During his tenure, the company completed a DFS, project financing and construction of a US$110M CIL plant, before they successfully merged with Canadian miner Great Panther Mining (NYSE:GPL).

Blair brings a strong mix of technical accounting, commercial and corporate finance experience, having worked bi-lingually across South America and Europe. His appointment is timely, as the company nears completion of its DFS, is working towards securing project finance and begins establishing operations in Angola, where it aims to deliver NPK Fertilizer for the country and the wider Economic Community of Central Africa States.

“Blair provides Minbos the right and unique mix of senior finance and international experience, which importantly includes roles in Portuguese speaking countries, and the experience in establishing new operations and delivering plant construction projects.

I am thrilled Blair has decided to join us, at this time when Minbos is ramping up development of its Cabinda Phosphate Project. His experience building teams and projects in the Portuguese language will be invaluable to the Company as we look to enter production in 2022.

The Company also welcomes the appointment of Mr Harry Miller as Company Secretary. Mr Miller has qualifications in Economics, Finance and Accounting and currently acts as Company Secretary for several ASX-listed Companies. The Company thanks Ashley Lim for her excellent service over recent years. ”
