RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX:MNB) (“Minbos” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Damian Black has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective immediately.

The Company would like to thank Mr Black for his significant contribution over the years. He has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company and the Company would like to sincerely thank him for his valuable contribution.
