ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

PASSING OF MR. DOMINGOS CATULICHI

It is with sadness that Minbos reports the passing of Director, Domingos ‘Zeca’ Catulichi. Mr Catulichi was instrumental in obtaining the Cabinda Phosphate licenses for Minbos and its vendor partner SOFOSA. He was a Director of Minbos from its initial public offering and the Board is grateful for his contribution to the Company.

Zeca was driven by a strong desire to create investment and jobs in the Cabinda Province and a source of fertilizer for agriculture development in all Angola. Our condolences are with his family at this time.
