CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Appointment and resignation of Company Secretary

Minbos Resources Limited (MNB) (Minbos) advises that effective today, Mr Nick Day has resigned as Company Secretary and Mrs Ashley Lim has been appointed as Company Secretary.

The Board of Minbos thanks Mr Day for his contribution to the Company. The Board extends its best wishes to him for the future with his new endeavour.

Mrs Lim acts as Company Secretary and Accountant works at Ventnor Capital and acts for a number of companies.
