Director resignation

Minbos Resources Limited (“Minbos” or “the Company”) (ASX: MNB) would like to announce that due to other commitments, Mr John Ciganek has resigned from his role as NonExecutive Director.

The Board would like to sincerely thank Mr Ciganek for his hard work and commitment to the Company. Mr Ciganek has been with the Company since June 2010 and played a key role in its listing on the ASX.
