CESSATION & APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Minbos Resources Limited (“Minbos” or “the Company”) would like to announce the following cessation and appointment of the Company Secretary which is effective immediately:

Mr Sean Henbury is ceasing his role as Company Secretary of Minbos Resources Limited and Mrs Tanya Woolley will be taking over this role for the Company.

Company Secretary – Mrs Tanya Woolley

Tanya Woolley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a triple major (International Business, Finance and Accounting from Notre Dame University, Perth, Western Australia); and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance that was successfully completed in June 2010 from Chartered Secretaries Australia. Tanya has previously been working as an accountant and company secretary for Kingsrose Mining Limited within the mining industry for the past three years. Prior to this, she worked as an auditor for three years with an accounting firm in Perth which included a secondment to an international firm in the United Kingdom.

Minbos Resources Limited is an exploration company focussed on the development of the phosphate province centred on the Cabinda Province in Angola and the adjoining areas of the far western DRC. Minbos through its subsidiaries and joint ventures has access to over 400,000 ha of highly prospective ground that has seen over 45,000m of drilling previoulsy. Minbos is targeting the generation of a JORC resource in the first half of 2011.

The Company’s strategy has been to specifically target development of low cost phosphate projects, in order to tap into the growing global demand for fertilisers. Phosphate is an essential component in certain agricultural fertilisers, with the market supported by the increasing global demand for food and bio-fuel products.
