RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Minbos Resources Limited (Minbos) would like to announce that due to other commitments, Mr Faldi Ismail has resigned from his role as Non-Executive Director. This change is effective from 1 January 2012.
The Board would like to sincerely thank Mr Ismail for his hard work and commitment to the Company. Mr Ismail has been with the Company since its incorporation in December 2009 and played a key role in its subsequent listing on the ASX.

Minbos Resources Limited is an exploration company focused on the development of phosphate and potash bearing ore within the Cabinda Province of Angola and the adjoining areas of the far western DRC.
