DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Minbos Resources Limited (ASX:MNB) ( Compan y) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 14.3 of its Constitution, its next Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 10am (WST) on 28 October 2020.
In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 21 September 2020. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 21 September 2020 at the Company’s registered office.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://www.minbos.com/.

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX: MNB) is an ASX-listed exploration and development company which won an international tender for the Cabinda Phosphate Project in March 2020. Minbos and its in-country partner, Soul Rock Ltda (15% carried interest), won the tender based on producing Enhanced Phosphate Rock as a substitute for fertilizers currently imported by the Angolan Government for distribution to wholesalers and farmers.
