ਨੂੰ ਰੋਗਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਪਸਤੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣੇਗੀ। ਨੂੰ ਨੱਥ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਚ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਚੈਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਮੌਕਾ 'ਆਪ' ਨੂੰ ਦਿਓ। ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ^{ਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ} ਲੜਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੰਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕੋਟਕਪੁਰਾ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ

ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਬਹਿਬਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਕਿਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਇਕ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਬਾਅਦ 1977 ਵਿਚ ਅਸਲ ਰੂਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਝਾਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਰਾਵਾ, ਚਿਹਰੇ 'ਤੇ ਠਹਿਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਪਾਤਕਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਯਅਦ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੀ ਗਿੱਲ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਣਾਈ 'ਸਿਟ' ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਰਹੇ ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ _ਗਰੈਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ 10 ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਬਾਦਲ) ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲੌਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ^ਬਆਪ' ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ _ਜਾਂ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬਂ ਬਣਨ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ, ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੌਜਾਬ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਨੌੌ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਕਿ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਰਾਜ ਲਈ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿੰਝ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। 'ਮਾਫੀਆ' ਦੈਂਤ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਗਿਆ । ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਖੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜ ਖੋਲਣ ਦੀ ਤਜ਼ਵੀਜ ਹੈ। ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਰਾਜ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਤਮੇ ਲਈ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਬਾਅਦ ੱਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾਂ ^{ਹੀ ਰੇਤ, ਸ਼ਰਾਬ, ਕੇਬਲ, ਲੈ ਡ, ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਸੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਜਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਬਣੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ} ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਲੋਕ ਮਨ ਬਣਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਭਰੋਗਜ਼,ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਆਦਿ ਮਾਫੀਆਂ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਅਗਲੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਲ 1967

ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ 600 ਫਰੀ ਯਨਿਟਾਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਹਰ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਟੈਸਟ ਫਰੀ ਹੈ, ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰਜ਼ 'ਤੇ ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਪਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ∣ ਕੂੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਪ੍ਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਮੁਕੰਤ, ਅਮਨ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਲੱਛਮਣ ਮਹੇਤ ਨੇ 13 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 1968 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਤਾਂ ਸੀ ਹੀ, ਧਨ ਤੇ ਬੁਰਕਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਪਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਖਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਣੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ —ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਹਨ ਵਿੱਗ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾ ਲਈ।

—ਦੀਪਕ ਜਲੰਧਰੀ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਗਿੱਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਸਮੁਕਾਲੀਨ ਪੁੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਪ੍ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੇਵਲ ਵਿੱਗ ਆਪਣੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਹ ਸੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ। ਕਰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਵਿੱਗ ਯਥਾਰਥ ਦੇ ਦਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦਲ ਸਿਰਤੋੜ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ।ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਗ ਸਾਹਿਬ 'ਤੇ ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਸਨੀਖੇਜ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕੇਵਲ ਚੈਗੀਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਸਨਪਰ ਉਹ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਵਿੱਗ ਨੇ ਲੱਛਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਗਿੱਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਭਿੱਜਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ,ਉਥੇ ਵਿੱਗ _।ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ^{ਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ} ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਕਟ ਲਿਆ ਰਹੇ ਪਚਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇ। ਤੋਂਕ ਜੋ ਲਿੰਕ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸਨੇਜਦੋਂ ਸਮਰਥਨਵਾਲਾ ਖਿੱਚ ਰਾਕੀ ਮਾਂ ਮਨਾ, ਜਿਸ ਜਾਂ ਹਨ।

ਕੇਵਲ ਵਿੱਗ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਪਿੰਡ ਸੁਝਾਉ। ਮਹੰਤ ਰਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦਾਸ ਉਸ ਕੋਟ ਬਾਦਲ ਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ 9 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1929 ਸਮੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਨ। ਨੂੰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਸਵਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਠੀਕ ਠਾਕ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਜਨਤਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵੀ ਗੁਰਮੁੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਉਰਦੂ ਵਿਚ ਛੱਪਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਸੀ। ਬਾਕੀ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਪ੍ਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ।

ਵਿੱਗ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ 1992 ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਝੈਜੋੜਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਰਹੇ।ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਲਿਖਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਜਦ ਉਹ ਜਿੰਦਾ ਰਹੇ ਾਤਤ -
ਰਿਹਾ।ਅੰਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਹਨ _ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀਕਾਰੀ ਹੀ ਬਣੇ ਰਹੇ। ਵਿੱਗ ਨੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਵਾਂ ਰੂਪ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਕ ਅੱਡਾ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ, ਜਲੰਧਰ। ਦੇਖਦੇ-ਦੇਖਦੇ ਇਹ ਮਾਸਿਕ ਪੱਤਿਕਾ

1. ਕੰਪਨੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਸੈਗਮੈਂਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ–ਭਾਵ "ਡੇਅਰੀ ਪਰਾਡਕਟਸ– ਸਮੇਤ ਘਿਉ, ਮਿਲਕ ਪਾੳਡਰ, ਕੈਸੀਅਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਹੇ ਪਾੳਡਰ"ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਈ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਏ ਐਸ−108 (ਓਪਰੇਟਿੰਗ ਸੈਗਮੈਂਟਸ) ਨੰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ।

4. ਕੰਟੀਜੈਂਟ ਲਾਇਬਿਲੀਟੀਜ਼–ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਲੇਮ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨੇ ਗਏ–78 ਲੱਖ ਰਪਏ।

1. ਡੈਫਰਡ ਟੈਕਸ ਲਾਇਬਿਲੀਟੀਜ਼/ਐਸੇਟਸ, ਨਾ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਨਵੈਨਟਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ।

2. ਟਰੇਡ ਰਿਸੀਵੇਬਲਸ/ਪੇਏਬਲ/ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ਸਪਲਾਇਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਕਿਉਰਿਟੀ ਡਿਪਾਜ਼ਿਟ (ਰਿਸੀਵਡ ਐਂਡ ਮੇਡ) ਦੇ ਬੈਲੰਸਾਂ ਨੰ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਨਫਰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਇਹਨਾਂ ਬੈਲੰਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਗੀਕਰਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਰੰਟ/ਨਾਨ ਕਰੰਟ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਰਾਇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਟਰੇਡ ਰਿਸੀਵੇਬਲ, ਟਰੇਡ ਪੇਏਬਲ, ਸਪਲਾਇਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਡਵਾਂਸ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਕਿੳਰਿਟੀ ਡਿਪਾਜ਼ਿਟ ਵਸਲੀ/ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਲਈ ਸਖਾਂਵੇ ਹਨ। 7.ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਨਾਨ ਕਰੋਸਿਵ ਕੱਚਾ ਮਾਲ, ਪਲਾਂਟ ਤੇ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ 35 ਸਾਲ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕੰਪਨੀ ਇਹਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ 20 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਘਿਸਾਈ ੳਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

3. 2016-17 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਕੁਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੋਂ 35 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਏਗੀ, ਡੈਪਰੀਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕਲ 6.98 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।ਸ਼ੱਧ ਡਿਮੀਨਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ 4.26 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਘਿਸਾਈ ਅਪਣਾਈ ਹੈ 2.72 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਚਾਲੂ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਲਾਭ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿਚ।ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ IND-AS-8 ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵਸ ਅਤੇ ਐਸੇਟੇਸ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

4. ਕੋਵਿਡ–19 ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਫੈਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਫੀ ਗੜਬੜਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਮੱਧਮ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।ਪਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਾਗ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲਾਕਡਾੳਨ ਨਾਲ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਸਤੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਪਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਖਤਮ ਹੋਏਅੱਧੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ ਅੱਧਾ ਸਾਲ 30.09.2021 ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ।ਇਸ ਨਾਲ 2390 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਘਟਿਆ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੁਨਾਫੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਟੈਕਸ 97 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਘਟਿਆ ਹੈ ਏਸੇ ਅਵਧੀ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ 30.09.2020 ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਧੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਆਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ।ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟੇ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਪਜਿਆ ਹੈ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ,ਸਟਾਕ, ਟਰੇਡ ਰਿਸੀਵੇਬਲਜ਼ ਦੀ ਵਸੁਲੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੈਰੀਇੰਗ ਵੈਲੀਊ ਐਸਟੇਸ ਤੇ ਵੀ।ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਇੰਡੀਕੇਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ,ਕੰਪਨੀ ਡੇਅਰੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ (ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਹੈ), ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਕਿਰ ਉਹ ਕਾਫੀ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਉ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਾਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਯੋਗ ਰਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭੰਡਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਸਪੋਜ਼ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਦੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਭਵਿਖ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ।ਹਾਲਾਤ ਦੇ ਗੈਰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਣ, ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਭਵਿਖ ਵਿਚ ਐਸੇਟਸ ਦੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਹ ਅਨੁਮਾਨਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੋਂ ਅਲਗ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਗੇ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੌਵੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ।ਇਕ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਦੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਸਮਰਥਾ ਦੀ ਘਟ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਲਕ ਪੈਕ– ਘਿਉ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਘਟਨੀ–ਕੋਵਿਡ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਕਾਰਣ।ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇਕ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਨੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਮਦਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਬਲਕ ਪਕ ਦੀ ਡਿਮਾਂਡ ਵਧੇਗੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਧੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸ਼ੁਧਰਨਗੇ।ਚਾਲੂ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦਰਾਨ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ ਵਧਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹਰੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

10 ਗ਼ੁਡਜ਼ ਐਂਡ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਟੈਕਸ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਉਹ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਡੀਲਰਾਂ/ਵਾਈ ਆਈ ਐਸ ਟੈਕਸ ਕਰੈਡਿਟ ਦੀ।ਇਸ ਸਿਲਸਿਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਾਰ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਸੀ ਡੀਲਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਵਿਤ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਸ਼ਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ 16.27 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੂ. ਟੈਕਸ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੈਸਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ।ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਦੇਣ ਬੈਂਕ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਖਰੀਦੇ।ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੈਸਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਮਾ ਕਰਾਈ ਗਈ ਰਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਜੀ ਐਸ ਟੀ ਰਿਕਵਰੇਬਲ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਿਲਸਿਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

1. ਹੋਰ ਇਨਕਮ ਵਿਚ 26.91 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਯੋਗ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਕਿ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਣੇਗਾ।

2. ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਆਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਲੋੜ ਸਮਝੀ ਗਈ ਗੈਕਾਸਟ/ਗੈਗਰਪਡ/ਗੈਕਲਾਸੀਫਾਈਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਲੂ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਲਨਾਤਮਕ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
