Björn Karlsson has today informed the Board that he wishes to step down as CEO of MilDef Group AB for personal reasons. In consultation with Björn, the board has decided that he will remain as CEO until the Annual General Meeting in May 2023 and that the company's deputy CEO and CFO Daniel Ljunggren will then provisionally take over as interim CEO. A group of major shareholders, in consultation with chair of the board Jan Andersson, has decided to propose Björn Karlsson to the nomination committee as the new chair of the board.
