Mila Resources Plc (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, announces Lee Daniels, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,212,121 ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") on market at an average price of 0.825 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase, Lee Daniels holds 2,753,788 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.51 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
