Mila Resources Plc (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, has been notified that on 7 January 2022, Mark Stephenson, Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this transaction, Mark Stephenson's total beneficial interest in the Company is 6,116,761 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
