Directorate Change and Appointment of Company Secretary

Mila Resources plc, the London Stock Exchange listed investment company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Lee Daniels who joined the board as a non-Executive Director on 26 March 2019 has now been appointed as an Executive Director with immediate effect.

The Company would also like to announce that Mr. Nick Foster has been appointed as Company Secretary. 

Mr. Foster is a corporate solicitor with 15 years' experience working primarily with London listed companies.
