Şirketimizin 29.12.2017 tarihinde 9,58 (95,77) olarak belirlenmiş olan Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notu 9,58 (95,81) olarak güncellenmiştir.

Migros'un kurumsal yönetim ilkelerine verdiği önem, bunu sürekli ve dinamik bir süreç olarak yürütmekteki isteklilik ve bu doğrultuda bir önceki derecelendirme notunun tahsis edilmesinden bu yana geçen süre içinde gerçekleştirmiş olduğu iyileştirmeler göz önüne alınarak, SAHA tarafından şirketin kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notu güncellenmiştir.

Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirmesine ilişkin SAHA'nın hazırlamış olduğu rapor Şirketimizin www.migroskurumsal.com internet sitesinde yer almaktadır.

Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notumuzun alt başlıklar itibariyle dağılımı aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilmiştir.

The Corporate Governance Rating that was assigned as 9.58 (95.77) to Migros Ticaret A.Ş. on 29.12.2017 has been revised as 9.58 (95.81) .

In consideration of Migros' determination to apply corporate governance principles, its willingness to manage this process dynamically and continuously, and finally the improvements affected during the twelve months lapsed since the publication of the previous report, the corporate governance rating of the company has been updated and confirmed by SAHA.

The report issued by SAHA regarding the corporate governance rating has been released on our Company's website www.migroskurumsal.com.
