Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

Midwich announces that Stephen Fenby, Group Chief Executive Officer, and his wife, Jane Fenby, have transferred a total of 720,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a family investment company in which they are beneficiaries. The transfer was effected off-market for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Stephen Fenby's aggregate beneficial interest in the Company, including Ordinary Shares held by persons closely associated with him, remains unchanged at 17,562,396 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.70% of the Company's issued share capital.

The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
