APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Midwich, the leading specialist audio visual and document solutions distributor to the trade market is pleased to announce that Hilary Wright is joining the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director from 9 March 2018. Upon her appointment Hilary will be a member of the Group's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration committees.

Hilary was appointed Group HR Director at Domino Printing Sciences in 2016, prior to which she was Executive Vice President of HR at Aveva Group plc.  She has also held senior positions at Pi Group Limited and C&A.

Hilary is a senior HR professional and has held both strategic and operational roles across a range of sectors, incorporating technology, engineering, retail and distribution. In addition to a wealth of industry experience, as a Graduate and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Hilary extends and complements the skills of the Board of Midwich.
