The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Commencement of works on Block T17E at Tigné Point

The Company hereby announces that it has commenced works on a new 13 storey block (T17E) situated on the foreshore at Tigné Point, which block will house 35 apartments and 3 duplex penthouses. This block is one of two remaining residential blocks to be developed by MIDI at Tigné Point. As previously disclosed, all excavation works, underground parking bays, roads and service network routes are already complete.

Over 98% of the apartments already constructed in the award-winning Tigné Point project have been sold and handed over to their respective owners.
