The following is a Company Announcement issued by Midi p.l.c. (the Company') pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Following recent media comments regarding the development of Manoel Island, the Company confirms that it is not negotiating nor discussing with Government or any other party in respect of the MIDI project itself other than the usual consultations with agencies (such as MEPA) and this on purely operational matters.

The Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday 30th April 2012 to approve the financial statements of the MIDI Group for the year ended 3156 December 2011. This will be followed by the usual company announcement highlighting the results, as required by the Listing Rules.
