Reference is made to today's report in the local media entitled "Preliminary deal struck for Tumas Group to take over Manoel Island project".

The Company informs the market that no preliminary agreement with Tumas Group Company Limited has been entered into and discussions are ongoing which may or may not result in a transaction.

As stated in its Company Announcement dated 21 June 2018 (MDI119), any material updates will be communicated by the Company in accordance with regulatory requirements.
