Manoel Island

The Company will shortly be entering into a Guardianship Agreement with the Gzira Local Council in respect of Manoel Island. The Guardianship Agreement will bind the Company to: (a) ensure that Fort Manoel is utilised in a manner which guarantees public access to the Fort; and (b) safeguard public access to the glacis around Fort Manoel and the foreshore.
