Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd (C 13102) ("the Shareholder") has notified the Company that it currently holds 10,710,172 ordinary shares to which voting rights are attached which equate to circa 5.00% of the Company's total shareholding.
The Shareholder clarified that the 10,710,172 ordinary shares held in the Company are held on behalf of its clients.
