COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Listing / Trading in MIDI Bonds

The Company announces that:

(i) the €50,000,000 4% MIDI p.l.c. Secured Bonds have been admitted to the Malta Stock Exchange with effect from 03 August 2016, with trading commencing on 04 August 2016; and

(ii) following the temporary suspension of trading in the 7% EUR Bonds 2016-2018 and 7% GBP Bonds 2016-2018, due to the Bond Exchange Programme, trading in these bonds will resume as from 04 August 2016.
