Appointment of Directors

"Following upon the Company Announcement in connection with the company's 2017 Annual General Meeting, MIDI plc advises that Mr Jonathan Buttigieg ID No 481769M of Ta Benjamin Nr 4, Triq is ‐Salina, Naxxar and Mr Mark Andrew Weingard ID No 103964A of Penthouse Level 3, 25 St Barbara Bastions, Valletta were appointed non‐executive directors with effect from the 20 June 2017.

Mr David Demarco ID No 18862M of 52 Triq il‐Kannizzata, Balzan, was re‐appointed to the Board as a non‐executive director with effect from the 1 July 2017.

Whilst Mr Jonathan Buttigieg is Deputy CEO and Commercial Director of Vassallo Builders Limited, Mr Mark Andrew Weingard is a company director and entrepreneur. Mr David Demarco is the Chief Financial Officer of Mapfre MSV Life plc and is a Director of Tigné Mall plc.

There are no other matters to be disclosed in regard to the above in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9"
