COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Appointment of Director

Following the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on the 22 June 2015, Mark Portelli (I.D. 94965M) of 10A Forth Mansion, Ta' Xbiex Seafront, Ta' Xbiex, has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 22 June 2015.

He does not hold office as director in any other Listed Company nor has he held any such office at any time in the previous five years. There are no matters concerning Mr Portelli that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

Furthermore, pursuant to the same AGM, the following were automatically re-appointed as Directors of the Company, given that the number of nominations for directors was equivalent to the number of vacancies on the Board :-
