The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Appointment of Chief Executive Officer & Change in Company Secretary

The Company hereby announces that Mr Luke Coppini (ID 10764M) of Apt T10F-01, Tigné Point, Sliema TP01 has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Coppini, a certified public accountant, has held the post of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary since September 2008. Before joining the Company, Mr Coppini held a number of senior management positions in Malta.

Following this appointment Mr Coppini will be resigning from the post of Company Secretary effective today and Dr Darren Azzopardi (ID 283386M) of Bensar 25, Guze Pesci Street, Iklin IKL1421, is appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect. Dr Azzopardi graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2010. Since January 2011, he has acted as secretary to the Company's Board of Directors and also assumed the role of secretary to the Company's Executive Committee since September 2011.

Mr Coppini and Dr Azzopardi do not hold office as directors in any other listed company, nor have they held any such office in the last 5 years. There are no matters concerning either Mr Coppini and/or Dr Azzopardi that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
